Builder 20 Club
In 1997 Randy Thelen was invited to join this select group of top custom home builders from different regions in the United States.
Builder 20 Clubs, sponsored by The National Association of Home Builders are comprised of custom home builders from non-competing markets who meet two times a year to learn from each other. Members share and compare their company information and offer each other advice on how they can improve their business operations. This information can make a crucial difference today to not only survive but to thrive in today’s challenging home building market.
The twice yearly meetings also provide educational programs on design, marketing, business management, production technology and how to deliver the best customer service.
A Builder 20 Pacesetter Club member since 1997, Randy Thelen was elected as president of the group in 2009. Said Randy, “This is a great program and a great value for builders who participate in it.
