Randy Thelen | President
For over four decades we’ve built some of the most distinctive and beautiful homes on Lake Geneva, Delavan, Whitewater, Lauderdale Lakes, Elkhorn and surrounding Walworth County, Wisconsin. While building beautiful homes is what we do everyday, we keep in mind that for each one of our homeowners, theirs is the only new home construction project that matters. I founded Thelen Total Construction in 1974 with one simple but important goal:

With a Bachelor’s degree in construction management and a decade in the construction industry, Tyler brings experience and professionalism to the job. His dedication to detail makes a difference in delivering distinctive homes, and results in clients who are satisfied through every aspect of the building process.
Robert Thelen | Construction Site Superintendent
With over three decades of hands on experience, Robert provides professional on-site supervision of carpenters and trade contractors. Robert and the skilled Thelen carpenters who average between 15-20 years carpentry experience, have a mind-set that drives them to treat every home as if it were their own.
Katie Wozniak | Interior Designer at Katherine Elizabeth Designs
No need to be overwhelmed by the complete freedom of choice when building your new home. It really can be simplified process. Our clients have the opportunity to work with talented interior designers at Katherine Elizabeth Designs. Expert, creative, and personalized guidance co-ordinating the color schemes, materials, lighting, floor coverings, cabinetry, and furniture of your home brings your vision to life.
Caryn DeWyse | Financial Records Administrator
Caryn DeWyse is our new Financial Records Administrator, replacing Sue Williams after 29 years of service with Thelen Total Construction. Caryn will continue to handle all the financial documentation required for banks and title companies. She will also be assisting in the preparation of building agreements, home specifications, subcontractor bids and change orders. Caryn has multiple years’ experience in the construction industry and a welcome addition to our team!
Carol McCoy | Office Manager / Sales and Marketing
Carol has many years of experience in executive administration and event planning She is “Command Central” of Thelen Total Construction. She takes care of the many details, the behind the scenes effort that keep the company running smoothly. Her priority is to ensure superb client service by facilitating communication, organization and by continued emphasis on improving the home building experience for clients.
Sue Williams | Financial Records Administrator
Joining the company in 1993, Sue is a valued member who prepares the building agreement and home specifications, subcontractor bids and change orders. She also prepares all the financial documentation required for banks and title companies. The financial complexities are taken care of to the last detail in an easy to understand format.
