2017 LBA Parade of Homes July 29-30 & August 5-6

Parade Home on Powers Lake

One highlight of the summer months is the Lakeland Builders Association Parade of Homes. It is a great opportunity for you to see some of the area’s most unique new homes. You’ll see the latest trends, come away with ideas, put them to use in your existing home, or may even be inspired to build a new home.

This year we have two very distinctive homes to show you. The one on Delavan Lake is around 2,400 square feet cottage with vintage details throughout, and a rustic lodge design. The interior is exceptionally planned for maximum livability.

Delavan Lake

The Powers Lake home is expansive; over 7,500 square feet. It has a luxurious and sophisticated feel with great design features. Indoor and outdoor living spaces create a sensational environment for great times on the lake with friends and family.

The Parade of Homes is a great way for people to see the details and quality of the homes and learn a little bit about the latest and best products used. We enjoy the “open house” aspect of it connecting with people in the community and visiting with past clients who stop by and say hello. We love that a few of our homeowners even lend a hand each year showing visitors our Parade Home. Our friendly staff wants to make your visit enjoyable and informative.
